Divakar Maddur, HCGP) This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 374 of Cr.P.C praying to set aside the judgment and order of conviction dated:31.01.2018 passed by the LX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru in S.C.No.657/2013 – convicting the appellant/accused for the offence punishable under Section 397 of IPC. The appellant/accused shall sentenced to undergo R.I. for a period of 7 years for the offence punishable under Section 397 of IPC. The appellant/accused prays that he be acquitted.
