JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second and third respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2.It is stated that the petitioner is running a petty shop in his ancestral property at S.No.53/2, Perunkottur Village, Tirunelveli. It is further stated that the property in which the petitioner is running the petty shop originally belonged to his family and that the same was allotted to his father in a oral partition between his father and his brother. It is stated that the petitioner is in absolute possession and that his paternal uncle's son made a complaint to the third respondent and that the petitioner is being harassed by the second and third respondent police.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a complaint was lodged as against the petitioner and that the said complaint was also closed on 09.11.2017. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and there is no question of harassment.
4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is also open to the petitioner to establish his right by approaching the civil Court.
