This Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) by an order dated 26.3.2012 has admitted the matter and granted ad-interim relief only in respect of continuity of service and back wages on the condition that the respondent workman shall be reinstated in service within a period of three weeks from the date of the aforesaid order.
In response to the notice issued by this Court, Mr. Yogen Pandya, learned advocate appears for the respondent workman. Mr. Pandya states, on instructions, that as per the order dated 26.3.2012, the respondent workman has been reinstated. As the condition imposed by the aforesaid order dated 26.3.2012 is complied with, the ad-interim relief granted earlier shall continue as interim relief till final disposal of this petition.
