JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the orders passed in the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.7598/2012 dated 16.7.2012 has not been complied with.
2.In the said writ petition, this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2012 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed in the said writ petition has already been complied with by passing an order dated 05.12.2012. He has also produced a copy of the said order.
4.Therefore, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law as against the reasons stated in the said order dated 05.12.2012, rejecting the request.
5.Insofar as the contempt petition is concerned, as the direction issued by this Court has been complied with, I find that there are no grounds to retain this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
