JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent very fairly submits that there would be no interdiction insofar as the appearance of the petitioner in the examination . The learned Counsel only points out that since the petitioner had arrived at the college to get the hall ticket with some miscreants, apprehending interference by her parents; there was a clash between two groups, upon which criminal prosecution is launched by the College. The order herein would have no basis on the criminal prosecution. The petitioner, shall be permitted to appear for the examination, on the petitioner receiving the hall ticket from the 1st respondent. The writ petition is disposed of.
