JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest in Crime No.632 of 2014 of the Vadakkekara Police Station. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that Sections 354 of the Indian Penal Code is deleted from the Section of offences.
3. What now remains is only Section 294(b) of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable. In the light of that, this application cannot be sustained.
The application is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek relief from the court concerned.
