ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction declaring the action of the 3rd and 4th Respondents in not conducting the 3rd/final Counselling or spot admissions for filling up the unfilled or left over seats in 1st year MBBS course during the academic year 2014-15 in the medical colleges of Telangana State and/or State of Andhra Pradesh and allowing them go waste by leaving them vacant as arbitrary, illegal, and violative of rights guaranteed under Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to grant admission to the petitioner in any one of the left over seat/s in 1st year MBBS course during the academic year 2014-15 in any medical college of Telangana State or State of Andhra Pradesh more particularly in respondent Nos.7 to 9 colleges.”
After arguing the case, Sri P.Girish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh writ petition in the event she secures specific information as to the existence of seats in any medical colleges, including respondent Nos.7 to 9.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.42048 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
