Heard the counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 4.8.2017 passed by the Tehsildar, Mahaban, District- Mathura. The order has been passed in mutation proceedings and the petitioner has a remedy to either challenge the aforesaid order under the Uttar Pradesh Land Revenue Act, 1901 itself before the Superior Courts or to institute proceeding for declaration of his rights.
For the aforesaid reason, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is dismissed.
