This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 810 of 2012 of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, for alleged offences under section 418, 420, 506, read with 34 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Investigating Officer addressed Deputy Commissioner of Police on 30/06/2013 seeking permission to refer the case, as the investigation reveal that it is of civil nature.
4. Considering the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to challenge if any report is filed contrary to the opinion disclosed in letter dated 30/06/2013.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
