Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jaunpur to consider and decide Case No. 380 of 2007 (Thakur Prasad v. Kamlesh and Others) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
Bearing in mind the fact that the suit which is instituted in 2007 has already been set down for final disposal as evidenced from the extracts of the order sheet filed, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the concerned Civil Judge to ensure that the same is decided with expedition and without grant of any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
