The only grievance of the petitioner is that I.A No.1058 of 2014 filed by him in A.S No. 243 of 2014 is not taken up by the lower appellate Court.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The I.A was presented on 11-08-2014. It is for the relief of ad interim injunction. An application of that nature cannot be kept pending for such a long time.
Therefore, the C.R.P is disposed of directing the lower appellate Court to dispose of I.A No. 1058 of 2014 within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The miscellaneous petitions filed in this revision shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
