Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the respondent no. 1 be directed to decide Release Application P.A. No. 28 of 2018 (Thakur Kishori Ballabh Ji Maharaj and another vs. Brij Bihari Sharma) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 1 to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties provided there is no other legal impediment. In case, if any adjournment is granted, Court shall record the reason.
