1. We have heard Mr.N.D.Nanavati, learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr.J.G.Vaghela for the applicant, Mr.N.J.Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent no.1, Mr.A.J.Patel, learned counsel assisted by Mr.Girish K.Patel appearing for respondent no.2 and Mr.Viral Shah, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the proposed respondent is a necessary and proper party. Therefore, impleadment application is allowed. Let the applicant be impleaded as respondent no.4 in the Letters Patent Appeal. This Civil Application is disposed of.
