1. Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant has urged that during pendency of the Appeal, respondent no.2 has sold the property to respondent no.4. Therefore, the appellant is entitled for interim relief.

2. Until further orders of this Court, the respondent no.4 shall not alienate or transfer the land in question.
