Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears appropriate that present writ petition be disposed of with direction to the Competent Authority to hear and decide the Revision Application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 months.

With the aforesaid direction, present petition stands disposed of.
