Since the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner had been elevated to the bench of this Court by an order dated 9th March, 2011, this Court required the Registry to issue notice on the petitioner informing the petitioner that he may make alternative arrangement. Such notice was served on 18th March, 2011.

Since then, no one is appearing for the petitioner.

Petition, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. Rule discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
