Thakore vs Divisional

When the application is called out and taken up for hearing, learned Advocate for the petitioner is not present. On earlier occasion, i.e. 21st December 2011, when the petition was listed and taken up for hearing, learned Advocate for petitioner was not present. Today also learned Advocate for the petitioner is not present.

Any request for adjournment or passover is also not made. However, as a last chance, the proceedings are adjourned to 25th January 2012. S.O. to 25.01.2012.
