JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard Mr. K.B. Pujara, learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. D.C. Dave, learned Advocate for the Recruiting Agency at District Level.
2. According to Mr. Dave, he has carried out the instructions of the Director of Primary Education and, therefore, the say of the Government, in this regard, will have relevance so far his action is concerned.
Government will have to be examined with closer scrutiny.
4. At the request made on behalf of Mr. Rindani, list this matter on 01.02.2013.
