Appeal No.94 of 2012, without there being any justification, has reversed the order dated 1.8.2012 passed by the learned Principal Civil Judge, Kheralu, below application exh.5 in Regular Civil Suit No. 16 of 2011, granting stay in favour of the plaintiffs as prayed for.
