Heard Mr. Mishra, learned advocate for the applicant - writ petitioner.
The writ petitioner has raised dispute about his seniority in the petition being Special Civil Application No.1556 of 2009 which came to be admitted vide order dated 7.9.2011.
Now, the applicant - writ petitioner has come out with present application seeking early hearing of the writ petition.
Having regard to the fact that other petitions, which are senior and old in time than present writ petition, seeking similar relief are pending in the cause list for Final Hearing, if request as prayed for in present application is granted, then, it would amount to granting preferential and out of turn hearing to the petitioner.
However, office is directed to list the writ petition in the cause list for Final Hearing considering its seniority.
With the aforesaid observations and direction, present application stands disposed of.
