Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for seeking correction in the bail application as well as in the order dated 18th April, 2019.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertent mistake, the description of languishing in jail of the applicant has wrongly been typed as "15.12.2017" in the bail application, whereas the correct description of languishing in jail of the applicant is "26.02.2019". Due to said mistake occurred in the bail application, the same mistake has also been transcribed in the order dated 18th April, 2019. He, therefore, submits that he may be permitted to correct the bail application today itself as well as the said mistake as occurring in 13th line of third paragraph of the order dated 18th April, 2019 be also corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the bail application during the course of the day.
'in jail since 15.12.2017' appearing in the 13th line of third paragraph of the aforesaid order is deleted and the same shall be read as 'in jail since 26.02.2019'.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 18th April, 2019.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
