This is the second application for regular bail made by the 4th accused in the Muvattupuzha Police Station in Crime No.832 of 2014 registered under Sections 489(B) and 489 (C) of Indian Penal Code. His first application was dismissed on 3.6.2014 by this Court. 2. On hearing both sides, I find that it would be unsafe to release the petitioner at this stage. It is quite definite that the petitioner will vanish, if he is released and he will find some safe refuge somewhere as a native of West Bengal. However, rejection of this second application will not stand in the way of his seeking other remedies available under the law.
In the result, this application is dismissed without prejudice to his right to seek other remedies on expiry of the statutory period.
