ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Ref/C5/M/648/2010, dt.29-7-2013 cancelling the caste certificate of the petitioner without referring the matter to the District Level Scrutiny Committee under Rules 8 and 9 of the A.P.(S.C.,S.T., B.Cs.) issuance of Community, Nativity and Date of Birth Certificates Rules, 1997 as wholly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of the natural justice and consequently, to set aside the order of the 3rd respondent Ref/C5/M/648/2010, dt.29-7-2013 in the interest of justice.”
Sri K.Venkatesh, the learned counsel for the petitioner, filed letter before the Registry, wherein he has stated that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. Today, at the hearing, he has reiterated the same.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.31563 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.
