After this writ petition was heard for some time, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition stating that he wants to file a regular appeal against the Award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal. This petition is therefore dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights, if any available to the petitioner, to challenge the Award of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in a regular appeal.
