Madras High Court|09 June, 2017
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was called for hearing today, it was pointed out that the time period for appointment of Arbitrator by the respondents has not expired. The petition is thus premature. The respondents, while putting into effect the arbitration clause, may keep in mind the amendment to Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
