1. This application has been filed for recall of order dated 10.07.2015 passed by this Court deciding revision on merits, though in absence of learned counsel for revisionist.
2. The order shows that there were two counsels namely K.A. Qayyum and Miss Afshan Shafaut, Advocates appearing for revisionist but none appeared on 10.07.2015, though case was called twice. Thereafter the Court examined the matter and passed judgment on merits.
3. Now this application has been filed by a new counsel Sri Ravindra Prakash Srivastava, and no reason has been given as to why counsels earlier appearing for revisionist did not appear on 10.07.2015.
4. The application is wholly misconceived. For the very same reason, I also do not find any reason to condone delay in filing restoration application.
5. Both applications are accordingly rejected.
