JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Civil Application is taken out for fixing early date of hearing of the main matter i.e. S.C.A. No.23826 of 2005, as such the matter is that of the year 2005 and required to be fixed for hearing. Therefore, the Civil Application is allowed. The main matter i.e. S.C.A. No.23826 of 2005 is fixed for hearing in the week commencing from 27.08.2012.
