In view of the relief prayed for by the applicant, since the order is specific and clear, question of making any clarification does not arise.
It transpires from the application that actually the applicant efficiently prays for further/fresh directions. Therefore, the application is required to be placed before the appropriate Court after obtaining necessary orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice to place the matter before the Court, which is assigned the matters under Companies Act.
Office is requested to take necessary steps and place the matter accordingly before the appropriate Court after orders by the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
