1. Heard learned advocate Mr. Vasavada for the applicant, Ms.Yajnik for the Official Liquidator, Ms. Manisha Luvkumar Shah for respondent no.2 and Mr. Bhagat for respondent nos.4 and 5. Learned advocate Ms. Pahwa is not present.
2. On previous occasion it is was recorded in para-2 of the order dated 27/01/2012 that:
"Mr.
Yadav learned advocate for Ms.Yajnik, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator has submitted that it appears from the records of the Official Liquidator that the report, which was awaited until now is now received in the office of the Official Liquidator, however, same, some time will be required to prepare the Official Liquidator's report and to place on record the Chartered Accountant's report."
3. For the said purpose, time was requested for. Subsequently learned advocate Ms. Yajnik repeated the said request when she appeared during the dictation of the order. Accordingly the application was adjourned to today."
3. Learned advocate Ms.Yajnik today again requested for some more time to place on record both the reports of the Chartered Accountant. She submitted that since certain discrepancies in the two reports of the Chartered Accountant were noticed, the same has not been placed on record.
4. Considering the request, time until 13/02/2012 is granted. S. O. to 13/02/2012.
