Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, pursuant to the order passed in this case on 02.06.2014, the 5th respondent had taken action to prevent parking of Autorickshaws in front of the petitioner's shop, in any manner blocking ingress and egress or in any manner affecting transport of goods out of the shops. He further submits that on the basis of action taken by the 5th respondent there is no further grievance surviving and that Annexure 1 judgment stands complied. 2. Under the above mentioned circumstances, this court finds no reason to proceed further in this Contempt of Court Case.
Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is hereby closed.
