JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, he would submit that the petitioner is the tenant and suffered orders before the Courts below. Though he sent letters as regards the pending Civil Revision Petition, it is reported by him that he is not able to get any instruction from the parties.
2. Be that as it may, the matter is of the year 2006 and there is no interim order sofar. Therefore, recording the afore-said fact and the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs.
