Present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing and setting aside the F.I.R. being II CR No. 38/11 registered with Jodiya Police Station for the alleged offences under Sections 504, 506(2)and 114 of I.P.C.
Learned Advocate, Mr. Nitin T. Gandhi seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file a fresh application.

Hence, present Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
