Vide order dated 19.2.2018 the present writ petition was dismissed against respondent No. 3 due to failure of the petitioner to take steps for service of the notice of the writ petition upon respondent No. 3. Respondent No. 3 is the only contesting respondent in the case.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ petition is also dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
