Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Magistrate Mathura to ensure implementation of order dated 3.7.1985 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation Agra Camp Mathura in Case No. 49/130/26/76-77 Under Section 48 (1) of Consolidation of Holding Act (Ram Chandra and others Vs. Bhagwan Singh and others) and also ensure the entry of said order in revenue record forthwith and correct the Khatauni in view of said order."
It is the case of the petitioner that his name is required to be incorporated in the revenue records in pursuance of the order dated 03.07.1985.
In my considered opinion, in case, an order passed by the consolidation authorities has not been implemented in the revenue records and it requires implementation, the remedy available to the petitioner is by means of an application under Rule 109-A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the observation that the petitioner, in case, so advised may file an appropriate application for implementation of the order passed by the consolidation authorities in his favour.
