Mr.M.M.Tirmizi, learned advocate for the appellants, was not present in the first session. He is not present even in the second session.

In the second sessions Mr.Bhargav S. Hasurkar, learned advocate appearing for Mr.M.M.Tirmizi, for the appellants states that due to some personal difficulty Mr.Tirmizi is not present in the Court.
