Sri Girish Vishwakarma, learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that he has instructions to say that complete encroachment has already been removed from Gata No. 14 measuring 0.980 Hect situated in village Koisha, Pargana and Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur.
Let copy of this instructions be brought on record during the course of the day.
In view of such instructions furnished by District Magistrate, Ghazipur, writ petition has been rendered infrutuous as relief claimed by the petitioner has already been extended to him.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
