Sri Prem Shankar Tiwari, learned counsel who has appeared for the fourth respondents states that the Group Insurance dues payable to the petitioner has been transferred electronically to the account of the third respondent. Sri S.R. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the said respondent states that subject to verification of the aforesaid fact and in case the amount has been duly received, the third respondent shall release the same in favour of the petitioner with expedition and in any case within a period of two weeks from today.
Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
This order otherwise shall not preclude the petitioner from instituting appropriate proceedings in case he disputes the quantum of benefits released.
