Notice on behalf of opposite party Nos.1 and 3 has been accepted by learned AGA, while Sri Shashi Prakash Rai, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party nos. 5,6 and 8.
Issue notice to the opposite party nos.7 and 9 to 18 returnable within four weeks.
Opposite party nos.7 and 9 to 18 may file their counter affidavits within three weeks after the service. Learned AGA and learned counsel for opposite party nos. 5,6 and 8 may also file counter affidavit within the same period. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List this matter immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period before the appropriate Bench.
It is clarified that no interim order has been granted by this Court in this case.
