Original applicant inter alia urges to direct Additional District Judge, Family Court, Vadodara to provide as early as possible copy of Rojkam.
Applicant-petitioner urges that he has made an application and copies have not been provided to him which he would require to depend upon, at the time of final hearing of Special Civil Application.
Petitioner since is appearing as Party-in-person, he is directed to request for the certified copies of the Rojkam by paying necessary fees before the Registrar of Family Court, Vadodara and keeping in view the pendency of this petition, certified copy on receipt of requisite fees shall be provided to him within one week on receipt of this order.
Misc.Civil Application No. 1119 of 2012 stands disposed of accordingly.
