JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Heard learned advocate Ms.M.L.Shah for learned advocate Mr.Sahil Shah for the petitioner.
2. Learned advocate Ms. Shah submitted that the petitioner seeks permission to delete, at this stage, para-7(C) from present petition with a request for liberty to take out fresh/separate proceedings, if so advised and if considered necessary in respect of said para-7(C). Learned counsel for the petitioner also requested that leave to amend para-7(A), so as to add the request to set aside the decision dated 27/03/2012, may be granted.
3. The request, as prayed for, is granted.
4. The petitioner is permitted to delete para-7(C) from present petition.
5. It is also clarified that if petitioner considers it necessary and if he is so advised he may take out appropriate proceedings with reference to relief prayed for in para-7(C) of present petition. If any proceedings are taken out the same may be considered in accordance with law. Leave to amend para-7(A) so as to add request to set aside decision dated 27/03/2012 is granted. The amendments qua para-7(A) and 7(C) be carried out forthwith.
6. Furthermore, the petitioner no.2 to 6 shall file separate petitions stating the relevant facts, however, they may adopt the grounds raised in present petition for purpose of such separate petitions.
7. Present petition would be restricted to present petitioner no.1.
8. Let notice be issued making it returnable on 10/05/2012.
