JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) The appeal is admitted today. Interim relief granted vide order dated 30.05.2012 need not be vacated. At the same time, beyond that no interim protection can be granted, in the facts and circumstances of the case. Appointments that may be given will be subject to outcome of appeal. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of order dated 30.05.2012. Rule is made absolute to the above extent.
