The applicant is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for disobeying the order dated 09.11.2012 passed in Writ Petition No.59634 of 2012 (Tejai Prasad v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
From the affidavit of compliance it is evident that the order in question has been complied with.
Consequently, nothing further survives in the contempt application and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged. However the applicant is at liberty to agitate his claim, if any, before the appropriate forum.
