Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner is working as Adhisankhya Junior Clerk and upon being promoted to the post of Regular Junior Clerk by impugned order dated 20 July 2017, petitioner has been adjusted from Public Health Centre, Bansi (Basantpur), Siddharth Nagar under Chief Medical Officer, the present place of posting to District Woman Hospital, Siddharth Nagar.
Learned Standing Counsel at the outset submits that this is not a transfer, rather administrative adjustment within the district upon promotion of the petitioner.
This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for petitioner. Petition is devoid of merit, accordingly, it is dismissed.
