The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent - revenue authorities to remove the alleged encroachments made over Gaon Sabha land.
However, a perusal of the petition shows that plot number on which the alleged encroachment exists has not been stated either in the preliminary paragraphs of the writ petition or in the grounds or even in the prayer clause of the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, no orders can be passed in the said writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall have liberty to file a fresh petition giving better particulars.
