This Court vide order dated 26.4.2018 directed the parties not to create third party interest over the land in dispute without leave of the Court.
It is urged that the Settlement Officer Consolidation has directed for measurement of the land, therefore, it is apprehended that after measurement, in all likelihood, applicant may be dispossessed from the disputed property.
On specific query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the direction for measurement would not include creating third party interest.
In view thereof, contempt petition is dismissed at this stage with liberty to the applicant to approach the Court on violation of the writ court order.
