By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 5.3.2018 by which the representation of the petitioner filed before the authorities pursuant to a direction of this Court in Writ - C No. 3316 of 2018 dated 25.1.2018, has been rejected holding that the house of the petitioner is on an Araji No. 1995 (new Araji No. 1092) area 6 dismal was acquired in the year 1947 for the purposes of construction of road for which compensation was paid immediately.
The petitioner has not been able to indicate any right and title over the property in question. As such, no relief can be granted. If the Government Authorities are illegally denying the right of the petitioner to enjoy his property the petitioner has remedy to file a suit for seeking injunction.
The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
