In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non- disposal of his representation dated 02.08.2018 made before the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Maharajganj, for demarcation of the boundaries of plot nos. 81 and 108.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Maharajganj, to decide the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
