Heard Sri Jitendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the respondents.
The only relief claimed in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's application dated 02.4.2018.
The prayer of the petitioner is absolutely vague and does not disclose exactly what he actually wants. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
