JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved by his non-selection in U.P. Police Constable Direct Recruitment Examination-2009.
The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the candidates securing lesser marks in the Scheduled Caste category have been selected.
Learned Standing Counsel contends that if the petitioner is aggrieved by his non selection he can raise the objection before the U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow which shall be considered and decided by a reasoned order.
In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before respondent no. 2, U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Lucknow within a period of two weeks from today and in case, any such objection/representation is filed by the petitioner the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No. 2 in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
