The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.09.2020 passed in Writ C No.13797 of 2020 (Ravindra Kumar Vs. State of U.P. and 2 Others).
Today when the matter was taken up, instructions received from the office of the opposite party dated 21.10.2021 was placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the instructions that decision has already been taken in the matter on 07.10.2021, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
